This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be provided by MY LEGAL ROUTE operating under the brand MLR ISO Registration.
1. General Policy
MY LEGAL ROUTE provides consultancy, documentation support, and assistance services related to ISO registration and compliance. As these services involve time, expertise, and administrative processing, payments made for our services are generally non-refundable once work has been initiated.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Once document processing or application submission has started
- Once consultation, drafting, or advisory work has been delivered
- If incorrect or incomplete information is provided by the client
- If delay occurs due to third-party certification bodies or government departments
- If the client changes their mind after service initiation
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- If payment was made multiple times for the same service due to a technical error
- If MY LEGAL ROUTE is unable to initiate the service due to internal issues
- If a service is not delivered at all after payment confirmation and no work has started
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days of payment.

To request a refund, clients must contact us with:

- Transaction ID / Payment Receipt
- Service Details
- Reason for Refund Request

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
5. Third-Party Services
MY LEGAL ROUTE works with independent certification bodies and external service providers. We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or decisions made by third-party organizations. In such cases, no refund will be issued for completed consultancy work.

MY LEGAL ROUTE reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically.
